They are forcing employees to find better opportunities. Only this is the good thing , FATAFAT KOI ACHI OPPORTUNITIES DEKHO OR NIKALO.

Now a days company is not thinking about employees, unnecessary force to work on holidays and weekends. Employees are not able to take there eligible CL and PL. Very bad experience
