No salary hikes even year, no any US or any of the Indian holiday off are given. Only fixed 2 day week off is given. However this is the only company where you can take many leaves, they do not hesitate to give you leave to go home or support your family. So it is the best part of the company.

The only thing I liked was the training phase Karuna was a great trainer along with Nikita and Indranil Ghosh.
Work culture is pathetic. You are mainly promoted on the basis of how well you can have a rapo with your current TL and manager. The other thing is in Airbnb Process the manager as well as tl's are prevert and only look to promote people who are willing to negotiate with them in some other way

The only good part is that they provide work from home opportunity.
Each and everything. 1. Leave Policy: They don't even provide sick leaves. When asked, manager gives lame excuses like there isn't enough staffing, etc. 2. Favoritism: Favorites of manager only gets to grow. You will not be promoted even if you perform well, only favorites will get the opportunity even though they don't deserve it. 3. Unreasonable target: They provide targets that are unreasonable. Don't even dare to logout before achieving target, else you will be called and asked to complete target by logging in again. 4. DURING THE TRAINING, THEY SHOWCASE THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST ORGANIZATION. BUT, ON THE INSIDE IT'S JUST THE OPPOSITE. THEY HAVE THIS (HARD TOKEN) CALLED PING ID. WHICH THEY WILL MAKE THEM INSTALL IN THE PHONES OF THE JOINEES ON THE VERY FIRST DAY BY DAYING THAT IT IS USED TO LOGIN WHEN/IF YOU LOOSE THE REAL DEVICE. HOWEVER, UPON INSTALLING THAT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE GALLARY OF THE PHONE, CALLS CAN BE BARGED. HENCE, THEY TEND TO USE IT IN SOME MEANS. THEIR IS THIS MR. TRAINING SUPERVISOR (MR. This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary. I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded. I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company. I had a disappointing experience working at TTEC. The company seems to be plagued by nepotism, particularly within the Gujarati community, which creates an unfair work environment. There is little opportunity for learning or growth, and the salary offered is quite low compared to industry standards. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that they provided an experience letter to an employee who was involved in inappropriate behavior towards female colleagues. This shows a serious lack of accountability. On the other hand, employees who faced issues related to coupon abuse or caste discrimination were not given the same consideration. It feels like casteism is at its peak here. Another major issue is the management style. If you disagree with your manager, Mr. Pratik, they will find a way to push you out, regardless of your past performance.
