Only thing I like about the company they provide accommodation for 5 days that's the only postive thing about ttec rest all in vein

Dislikes

I had a disappointing experience working at TTEC, which ultimately led to my termination. I felt that there were issues with management, particularly with the way decisions were made. It seemed like nepotism played a significant role in promotions and job security, which created an unfair environment for employees like myself</mark>. My manager, Pratik, did not provide the support or guidance I needed during my time there, and I believe this contributed to my negative experience. I hope TTEC can address these issues for the benefit of future employees....Read More

The office environment is good.

- No job security - If you make a single mistake there will be PIP (1 step close to getting fired from the company) - Salary is less according to job responsibilities - Manager will never get in touch with you no matter how severe your concern is - Team lead is just for conducting pre shift meetings (They don’t have any authority for other stuffs )...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
