Dislikes

Lots of disliking for me and also my colleague who joined at the same time. 1. None of the individuals who joined along with me "survived" the toxic culture and left within 1 year of joining 2. Lot of favouritism. CEO is quite biased and prefers few of his favourites all the time... 3. No hierarchy and quality work thus you literally have the same work as your Everyone is behind getting new clients and no one is bother to retain the client thus becomes very difficult for New sales 4. No growth and recognition. You will simply do the same thing in 1st year and after 10 years. Also no appreciation for good work. You will be responsible for your mistakes but not the good work. 5. The manager named with initials 'RK' - terrible! He is a perfect example of how a 'bad boss/ bad manager' would look like. 6. The last and most important aspect- Money!
