Politics. Biggest example was all my Country Level Senior Management was harassed by Country Politics and SMT working for more than 15+ years left DGF due to Politics. I was also victim of the same. I lost my mother due to cancer within 6 Months and my Line manager rejected my annual leave to complete the rituals post death. Whole world was on Christmas Vacations. I was the only BDM who was contributing revenue and volumes more than 35% of Team budget but I was target by management. That's why I left DGF with Proud....Read More

Job security is there if you have specific skill set. Learning & Development as usual. I can't see more benefits since most of benefits provides other MNC's companies as welll.

Promotion process at DHL GSC appears to be influenced by favoritism, as evidenced with recent exmaples. With the recent grade changes that disproportionately affected at DM and Manager levels. These individuals were demoted by two levels simply because they had opted for an IC role a few months prior. This decision seemed to disregard the extensive experience and team management skills over 10-15 years by these employees, contradicting the company's stated principle of employee development ground rule # 7 . Now it seems to have resulted in unintended consequences, moving in the opposite direction. Company failed to provide food coupons, and we have this issues coming up in every year by employees in Town Hall, since last 10-12 years. Variable night shift allowance Rs 200 and Rs 300 from 1am to 5 am. adds to the dissatisfaction. Employees who worked till 1 am in late afternoon or evening shift they did not get paid for Night shift allowance. Furthermore, HR's lack of support during Home loan processing, HR do not provide any confirmation to banks representative. I would not say they should do it for each and every small types of loan disbursement, but they should do it for home loan. Transportaion issues including inconvenient merging of drop-off and pick-up schedules, have led to numerous complaints. The recent decision to conceal the grade structure, while permissible for salary information, raises concerns about transparency and fairness within the org.
