No personal life only work no leaves only one week off daily 10-12 hrs working no overtime internal audit and error system to cut salary almost 20% every month

All are negative points not single positive points no job security

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
