I used to like the environment and how the organization helped us in covid times and some team have good management and care for employees

Dislikes

...time payment and company expects us to work more than 9 hrs without the payment. Salary doesn't get increased more than 500-1000 in a year. Bad cafeteria also.

...ven shifts breaks don't expect much. you will have to glue your eyes to your pc. performance oriented targets are kept so high that it's not achievable they will eat your bonus any how by any means for sure don't expect bonus if you will work more than the target somehow they will find a way to cut short the bonus

worst company to work no likes first month they will let you think this is the best company and after that month they will show their real colors. no positive points found in the company

Friendly environment. Job is quite secure.

Dirty politics, very poor hike on salary. No increment no promotion sometimes if you talk against the management. People in management are very rude and always want to bring you down.

There are rotational shifts but it's totally depends on your client and country. Some people are doing night shift only from many months continuously. You will hardly learn and grow here. Mostly data entry type job. So if you are from Engineering or MBA big NO. DHL supply chain is for you not DHL frieght forwarding.

Job security is there if you have specific skill set. Learning & Development as usual. I can't see more benefits since most of benefits provides other MNC's companies as welll.

The recent decision to conceal the grade structure, while permissible for salary information, raises concerns about transparency and fairness within the org. With the recent example an IT head also terminated within 1 day, reason no one knows.
