...lds excellent job security.Hardly any employee removed on a go during my tenure.Career and salary growth is kind of ok but company provides excellent learning facilities and work culture which provides balance to employees portfolio.

My company is like a temple for me.So no dislikes because my previous company deserves only likes.I have learnt a lot from my company how can i dislike my previous temple.

At State street we can gain process knowledge as well as we can attain extra trainings other than your work also cross training is there. Office culture is good In my process all team members are cooperative and friendly Also there are some interesting extra Curricular activities which gave us some relaxation from work pressure

If we compare Salary then it is below than other companies.

It is good platform for freshers, as there are many things to learn for beginners, that's the good thing about syntel

Dislikes

Syntel doesn't provide good salary, also transportation is not good, many time we need to stretch in month ends

Freedom to do work, salary credit on time, food coupons are providing for night shift, early or late hours provide cab facility

Dislikes

Extending shift timings,lot of work pressure, my TL is very angry person, few colleagues are like worst in case,. In corona time, they have responed very badly.
