Spent 19+ years in the company smoothly. But left due to Politics become very strong in the company. New Line manager was less experienced than me. His Product knowledge was average. Company Policies were against customers benefits. its better to leave than to argue with that management who hardly bothers. Company dropped air Freight No 1 position to No 5 Position in India within One year of my leaving. Politics. Biggest example was all my Country Level Senior Management was harassed by Country Politics and SMT working for more than 15+ years left DGF due to Politics. I was also victim of the same. I lost my mother due to cancer within 6 Months and my Line manager rejected my annual leave to complete the rituals post death. Whole world was on Christmas Vacations. I was the only BDM who was contributing revenue and volumes more than 35% of Team budget but I was target by management. That's why I left DGF with Proud....Read More
