I have found the learning platform at this organization to be quite effective, especially for fresher. The resources available are comprehensive and well-structured, making it easier to grasp new concept and apply them piratically. Don't join this fraud office, u will not learn and this is startup from last 8 years and this office hires candidates only for project and after completion of project they will fire you, at the time of joining u will be said that there is company bond for 2/3 years but this is only CREAM BISCUIT given to you. You will not get any documents and salary after resignation. Only self learning, no one is going to teach u, no HR policy in this office and HR policies are being developing from last 8 years. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
