There's nothing I could add positive about triveni turbines, if it were less I could have choosed less than a star.

Toxic work culture, they will trap you like a biggboss house and there's no Interpersonal skills can be developed and you will end wup with a bond of 5years which is toxic. HR policy is worst and you must forget about your personal life. They will tell that you will learn more this is shit they teach all 1947 skills which are outdated nowadays there's automation and other tools this company dosent even know how to reduce work with advanced technology. Freshers dont join this company it's a daddy's culture company worst of all there's no professionalism between them there you will need to be like a kindergarten student and they won't respect you. The taunt words and sentences are common they will make your life hell. From morning 8:00 to evening 8:30 even they expect you to stay until 10:00. No week off...Read More
