It's a good company but it has bad HR policies, The GET role is quite difficult as well as they hire them for Erection and Commissioning of the Turbine. Electrical is also been hired but for the site only. Training Programs Conducted are really GOOD. Job Security is 0 you can be kicked out of the company any time if they have fulfilled their requirement. Attitude is the most important in the company and talking to HR about the rise is called a Bad attitude....Read More

Dislikes

There is more dislike as you work in a Niche market a constraint market. HR will not give you any holidays as they always hire a bit fewer people. So now the Employees there have to work more. Job security is nearly nothing you can be fired on the next of joining also. On-site chance of getting holidays are less.
