Salaries are upto market standard. Not the best, but still are competitive. Work life balance is quite good. No micromanagement things will happen. Office will have the basic stuffs that an IT organisation should have. I repeat basic stuffs. 28 paid leaves and 10 local holidays.

Work from office 5 days a week For wfh request, only if the reason is very genuine 3 days max will be permitted and any beyond that management will advice to apply for leave. Full formals daily with tucked in shirt and formal shoes. Office walking bays are very congested that two people cannot cross each other at the same time. Lackof projects since it is a small company. Cafeteria will be small as well which can accommodate only 40 people at a time. Strictly 9 hrs in office. No onsite....Read More
