Company is self-centered, i think. For example, when it comes to company work load increased, its your duty as an employee to work more (thats ok). But when it comes to personal life workload, its your headache. Like salary cut on incidental holiday (not informed before 2 weeks), coming late at work (no matter reason you are late thats it), when you work extra its your choice but when you work less, salary cut. There must also be some empathy for employee from company. There are only 8 sick leaves in leave policy of comany's policy but i fall sick a lot. Due to that reason i am on negative side i.e. i will not be paid as much as others just because of my disability/immunity....Read More
