Toxic work culture, high level politics by manager, unprofessional, un organised, no growth, no openion will be taken into consideration, leaders makes their own assumtion and judgmental about people and they dont solve your issues. Old people arw looting management and does not allow talented and skilled people to survive there because they have zero skills and knoweldge.
