Atmosphere is good, i feel like iam working in IT company. I likes in trip factory was salary, As a fresher I was paid 21,000 in hand for destination expert role

No proper system,day by day the system will be changing, even we won't be knowing which method to use in work, but they will question us don't u don't know wts happening in office, communications between management and employee is very poor.

The post i was offered as travel associate where i had to construct and prepare the itinararies.

Providing the false information about designation, as they informed me i will working as a travel associate, however at time of joining they given me the post of sales executive.

Work Details

Team leaders put too much of pressure on the executives, as also the cx complains that they have found the much more cheaper price quote with other agencies.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

There is nothing to like here.

They don't value their employees and treat them like we are some blue collar workers. and moreover if you want to leave they will not give your documents. I left the company long back and still haven't received. They wont even answer your calls and refuse to acknowledge anything.
