Performer loosing and not recognised properly. All are being generalised at the end of the day because of poor performance on analysing and justifying the employees.

Work Details

In general, the prime responsibility of me is, to look after Mining operations are carried out to achieve targeted production in safe manner. Planning for optimal utilisation of men n Machinery and see that the activities are carried out as per the plan.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
