Fixed timings and self learning of the process.

Dislikes

There is sandwiche policy, top management always talks about money generation, no perper involvement of all departments. Our insights are not welcomed. Very biased towards HR. If the HR likes you even the boss likes you or else no. We are not allowed to talk with anyone even during Breaks, but the HR is always on floor and Gossipingall day long. More over there are no established policies and system in the organization. Gossips behind our back....Read More
