(Trimble Chennai has a division called CPD(Spime), the largest division in Trimble Chennai. Below mentioned points are solely based on this division) 1. No add on benefits like joining bonus, stocks, cab facility, snacks, food. 2. No Performance bonus here 3. Appraisal is a joke here. It happens once in a year at march month. Irrespective of your performance, you will be given common hike(same hike for your batch mates) that too a single digit. 4. But your managers will take a hefty hike. 5. You will be seeing more politics here. 6. They won't provide any courses like udemy for upskilling. Even if you buy, they won't reimburse. 7. They will allocate interns randomly on any projects, irrespective of their particular skills. Like a CSE gradute to testing and ECE graduate to developing🫠. 8. You career growth will be very very less here. 9. They will be having some count of years for your promotion. Even, if you perform very well, you won't be promoted before that count of years. 10. Literally managers won't be doing anything great here, but they will be getting such a hefty package 11. There is no transparency here 12. They will collect employee feedback once in a year, but they won't improve. 13. Mostly you will work on legacy projects. 14. Trimble Chennai CPD divison has degraded a lot for the past few years. Most of senior skilled engineers have been moved to another company. 15. When you compare the package that you are getting here with the competitor companies, you will get know how much you have been underpaid. 16. I know most of companies will be giving diwali gifts like 1x or 2× of your salaray, but here you will be given some random gifts like trolley, mixer🫠🫠. They don't even give like a voucher. 17. They will hype like this(CPD) is the best division in Trimble Chennai, you will be working on cutting edge technologies, you will be having great hike/promotion.
