If you are gujrati leady and CA Finalist than you will get increment with promotion within first 2 years & 2nd promotion within 2 years and other than this you have to specific Gents & other caste have to wait for 5 even if you are CA Finalist

They are more interested to legality, Management show they are Interested but only limited to their profits and HR is working for name only, they are not looking attendance like working hrs of employee. Every 2-3 they are chenging their employment cycle and one time bonus paid and no increment. Expect only 8-9% increment average. Management show they more interested in employees but it's Only mask. CFO work whole night with their team, he doesn't value their staff, he works upto 2AM in the night by the time the staff keep on waiting even work from office and work from home.
