There is a lot of work pressure and less salary, once experienced is gained the pressure will be increased and we need to do 12 hours daily and even on Sundays.

Here is the thing is job security no need to worry about it unless if you want to leave.

The only thing is they don't treat us as employee they treat as much as students in the school their are so many restrictions Not allowed to drink tea or coffee unless it's your break time . Mobiles are not allowed to floor etc If you have any problems thought they simply ignore you.

I don't say it's great mostly I am the person adjusting in their. In total 10 or 12 teams in entire office I was lucky my team little bit different from others That's only reason I am still working here
