job security is not bad and work culture is completely high and the management will not respond well and company policies are good

teammates play their role as good as better, carrer growth is low and there is no talk about salary hike

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Sir culture, if you are not saying sir to your seniors they will target you .

Work Details

No excitement , if you late for 30 minutes in a month they will deduct 1/2 day salary. And salary deduction will increase with late time count increase. They will count even 1 min late of date and calculate it at month end.
