First of all the work environment and the colleagues are worst. Yearly Increments are low, mainly the HR department they didn't respond for your issues. GIS manager( Shiva Rao) from Vizag branch, worst fellow I have ever seen.

Only one thing... the projects they are currently working on projects are good for freshers who wants to grow as GIS engineer.

There is a lot of polotics the managment doesn't address our issues. Career growth is very slow. Its work environment is very different than other IT companies its feels like we are in a boarding school. If we get any doubts related to the work in critacal or suspicious situations no one will come to you to clarify that doubt, aftercalling them many times if someone comes to clarify they will be shouting on u for no reason. I have work their for 5 months mostly i have worked for 12hrs shift or more than 12 hrs but i didn't get any pay for that times extra work i did. Another thing, if client send any errors on a particular employee name, that person have to apply leave for 4 to 6 days and we have to work free for them without any pay....Read More
