A Fraud FDI company where all investors are Indian and failed to develop projects even after 12 years. The management is clueless and unwilling to close the project anytime. The other investors like MGS Group are stuck with 40 Cr investments. The Development works like Electric supply station, Club house, STP, Drainage, Sports activities are non-existent and company has no concrete plans to complete the same. The marketing staff is involved in resale therefore no increase in price of real estate for past 5 years. Other land at Nihalpur Mundi has one-third of Government land for which they are unable get NOC fpr past 6 years. Overall a sinking organisation before law catches-up with them....Read More
