The people who have come from Indian Inc. have a more approachable attitude than Triburg people.

Dislikes

The energy on the floor is too negative. And people are only working for having a Job as the pay is dissatisfying, people have an negative attitude, most of then hate the other people and talk ill about others.

Triburg is one of the biggest & leading buying house in India.They have global brand customer base, so I am glad to be a part of such organisation. They are not support there staffs at the time of pandemic as they even force to give 4 months leave without pay.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

My work is slightly challenging. I am looking the entire day today operations with client order process of sample development to till shipment.

The good thing about working with triburg is that we get to know the buying house culture, how they deal with the buyers so closely and other vendors.

- working hours are terrible. On an average I kept working for 12-15 hours without any recognition. - colleagues might trap you into political and fishy situations. - Seniors are not very helpful. - There is no growth even if you keep working for years togther. - All depends on your team and your senior
