Work life balance is great. That's a case with every employee in the company. It is great if you seek that, however for somebody who likes challenges, not the best place. Great freedom, but inclination to drive that freedom has to be coming from your bosses and department heads, who might diss it down by terming your vision as too ambitious.

Dislikes

The culture in the organisation is such that most of the employees have been around for a decade or more, and hence the thinking is quite backward. People may be nice, but the company isn't adept to new-age work and marketing, therefore not ideal for the millenials and Gen Z to join and grow in their careers.
