Never ever join TBZ. they offer good packages. But there is no job security.They can ask to put down paper or terminate any time.

Dislikes

Management is not appraising employees on basis of performance but relationship with them. They prefer Gujarati and Marwari people. Casteism. Never join them in case you can't tolerate such culture.
