The remuneration is good but that again is because they want to retain talent because if you have a great intellect you cant fit in here. This place is for machines who are ready to do what they are told to do, nothing more nothing less, period.

There is not enough room for personal development. The work culture is really disatisfying. What the work is and what they mention during interviews and in the JD is poles apart.

Work Details

They hire financial analysts but rather they should hire data analysts. The work is nothing extraordinary, its just simple stuff but alot of stuff and thats why it gets hectic and irritating. The work hours are high but you learn nothing out of it.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance. They've the culture over loving the client, even when client wouldn't be valuing your extra efforts, leading to very high job dissatisfaction amongst employees! At any given point of time, 80% of employees are working at Tresvista only because they're unable to find another option with similar pay!

This strategy of ignoring Ian employees will help Tresvista grow only till a point, post which they'll have to start valuing their own employees
