First of all, I like all company policy and facilities, Rules and regulations, Safety and all about staff facilities. Time to time Tranning. Recently launched SEEKHO. Behaviour of all HO. Staff can directly contact with HO. Best Treatment in lockdown period for all employees .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
