They are obsessed with ppl from Nykaa and other brands and Nykaa ppl are ruining the working environment. Only yes sir attitude is appreciated. No planning in place. E-commerce team is worst to work in as department heads are egoistic and arrogant and they will always try to put someone at blam for their poor strategic thinking and execution. Senior people are rude, immature and full of politics. They shout, personally attack you and always try to frame you to get you in trouble. Half the time you'll spend your time saving yourself from false accusations. They don't care about your personal life and will do everything to make your life miserable. HR is worst, Neha Sahi HR Director she will frame you (for things you never did) the moment she will get to know that you are leaving the organisation so that they don't have to pay salary for notice period.
