Overall, great learning and career growth experience. Working here for over 2 years. Every year got a hike, even I have got a hike in 6 months as well. If you want to learn and grow your career, this is one of the best places. Who doesn't want to learn or look only at the watch to go home, not the place for them. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
