If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... The senior incharge does not take any responsibility and if any meeting is held with the senior GM then instead of the incharge, the supervisor has to attend the meeting.Despite my salary being low, I have been given as much work load as is given to employees who earn three times more salary than me.
