One of the worst companies to work with, they won't bother about employees alot of mass firing if the company is not potential to perform. They won't give appraisals and variables

One of the worst companies to work with, they won't bother about employees how put thir 100% effort, they will do mass firing i myself seen 3 set of mass firing in 1.5 years if the company don't have potential to grow. No appraisals no variable pay.
