Work life balance can be improved by brining in a policy to not schedule calls post 9 pm. This gives ample time for the employee to spend time with family, relax and take care of family chores.

Poor work life balance . Company is trying to grow by making people work day and night , weekends and public holidays. It's not like they pay a lot to work , pay is okay but they expect you to learn and deliver everything.

1) Quality of talent is poor. This creates pressure on other working employees 2) There is no work life balance. Everyone is expected to work for 14 hrs a day and are asked to tag 8hrs in timesheets 3) Employees are sometimes asked to work on weekends as well

Higher management use to poke whole day, they never focus on plans to deliver things on time that leads to high pressure ( without any reason) . Work life balance is zero.
