Atmosphere of the company is familiar. All the employee in the organization work as a team or family. Good things with the company is that 70 years old established brand name in the market. Their are huge markets of Quality products in India and abroad. Good trust worthy atmosphere.

Dislikes

Only one major dislikes with the organization is that .. They not given a single proof of employment like... Not given offer letter , Joining letter , salary sheet , salary given in cash , no PF , No mediclaim , No Insurance... Even all Not Given Leaves as per demand... And much more reasons of dislikes in HR policies. Due to this not take benefits of Government schemes.

Work Details

Work as ASM. Handling sales team of 13 people's Including sales supervisor .Divide the sales target according the market strength. Make innovative growing plans with team to achieve the targets. I Also check the market to take review of other companies.
