Firstly, we would like to correct some inaccuracies in the feedback: You were hired as a front-end developer, not a full-stack developer, which appears to be a misrepresentation of facts. Salary payments were put on hold due to your failure to complete the necessary handover process, despite multiple reminders from our HR team. We want to emphasize that we take all employee concerns seriously and strive to maintain transparency in our processes. In this case, our HR team has made efforts to communicate with the you including the senior management to resolve any outstanding issues, but unfortunately, our attempts have gone unanswered. While we understand that negative feedback is part of the online review landscape, it is disappointing to see a smear campaign being conducted on social media platforms instead of addressing concerns through direct communication. We encourage open dialogue and resolution of issues, which can be more effectively achieved through in-person discussions at our head office. We see this feedback as an opportunity for introspection and improvement.
