(This is the first time I am giving a review to a company)It is the worst and most pathetic company to work with, they will tell you in the training that it is very easy no one will force you to work if you complete your target we don't follow BPO culture here, but it is worse than BPO. Even if you complete your target they will tell you to do more and even if you do more they will ask you to do more, their more never stops if one cannot complete their target, the whole team suffers and if you are overachieving your targets they will increase the running target in between they don't let their employee have mental peace even after working so hard for the targets. Every week there is a new update with useless markdowns given by quality so that you don't match all of the Parameters provided. Every week you have to complete a PKT 4 PKT in a month and that too on the same day within 30 mins else you will be given a warning. Leave policies are very bad for CL you have to apply 15 days Prior like if we have planned the CL one cannot take CL on urgent basis, for SL you need to have valid documents from doc or else it will not be approved you can only have one SL per month anything above one SL is LOP in a month. Also if you don't show them the documents, if someone is suffering from fever only they have to work because for fever if you take PCM medicine you don't have medical document slips for PCM and if you take a leave it is salary deducted after 1 LOP(loss of Pay) HR will give you a warning mail and if you take another LOP within 60 days you"ll go under PiP, and after another LOP it is ZT, you cannot apply for floater they will never approve they will give you plenty of useless reasons and they will not approve it, you can only apply for floater once in 90 days if you take floaters after 30 days they will say it is not approved you have already taken a floater 30 days before(Strict timings 9:45 to 7:30 with only 45 mins break but it is very rare that they will let you leave at the time, they will ask you to work till 8:30 sometimes 9 PM) if you want mental peace and work-life balance never work here. Also getting WO on Saturday and Sunday is impossible you have to write an email that why you want WO on Sat or Sun, there are no week off preferences you have to take the week off that is given to you according to Roaster and if you have any work on the order day forget it that you can do it, you have to take LOP for that, Also they are fooling their customers by the treatment nothing good in their products the only thing that works is minoxidil that too they buy it from other Pharmaceutical company and paste their Stickers on it. And when they want to fire you they will make the process hard for you and will make you so stressed that even after achieving your targets, you would leave the company.........The HR Policies and company policies change from time to time, even after telling you the truth you still want to join so please make sure that you take everything written on the Offer Letter in the beginning, or else they will say this will not happen you need to have written valid proof....Read More

It's a call center. Products are not effectiveand mostly cancerous just hype created through excessive marketing. Founders have created a layer they are unapproachable. Work Culture is Toxic, HR Team is pathetic especially Jafrin and her team members they are very unprofessional only knows to hire and fie people</mark>. they are very good that fooling people while joining and then removing them. Managers who join they are informed on firstvthat its 6 days working rotational. Haircoaches are made to work 11 hours a day. Folks who are planning to join here from BPO please don't this is even worst. They say that u get incentives its a scam and they will work u work like machine . if there is emergency in family they don't care they will remove u asap by sending u a mail via fake hr jafrin. People who think they can grow in traya its not the case. Its a Muslim company and the moment u enter office u will feel that u are in gulf country. Muslims get all leaves they are told to leave early during ramzan that not the case for hindus . The job itself is good, but SMEs, TLs, and seniors constantly interfere with your work and personal life, putting unnecessary pressure on you. This leads to mental exhaustion. The HR talks very rudely. When I was sick and in the hospital, the TL and HR kept calling me despite my emails, sick leave application, and submitted medical documents. They harassed me, not had zero concern about my health, and therefore I was forced to resign due to the ongoing torture. I had to leave this toxic work culture . There is nothing positive to say about this company. The work environment is terrible, and they treat employees poorly. Although the training period was okay, after certification, they assign you to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are awful. These SMEs mock and insult you daily, regardless of how well you handle calls. They present themselves as perfect, even if you are doing good. The Team Leader (TL) assigned would forcefully push us to achieve targets. During the On-the-Job Training (OJT) period, newbies are expected to focus on quality, but the TL insisted on taking 30 calls instead of the required 10. Daily working hours extended to 10-11 hours, with no appreciation for good performance and constant insults for any mistakes. When I fell sick and requested leave, the TL demanded a medical document, threatening to mark it as Loss of Pay (LOP). Despite the promise of one sick leave per month during employment, they forced continuous work, even when sick. The management is extremely poor, mentally tormenting employees with heavy workloads and low salaries, often cutting pay with unwarranted LOPs....Read More

First of all this company hire anyone they create a bunch of group like 40 people because they know k out of these only 5 can service and they don't disclose in interview that you have to give a test on daily basis if you don't clear test then you have to quit your job it just about 12 days training period , after that they directly send you on floor since first day they want you to work like a pro they ask you for the 40 connected calls from start days only and they have 9.30 hour shift on paper but they actually ask you to come at 9 pm and go on 8 pm ,cloths you can wear a bikini as well if you want they is no professionalism , and they do hiring because they know no one can survive more then a two month in that org because they conduct daily basis test no matter how much you score I was a topper over there all the time but whenever they listen your call they will fail you for silly reason they want h human touch on call without human error why they don't hire robot who do not make any error and the reason is very silly suppose if a person missed their med due to illness and he up frontly said that now I am okay then also you need to ask ohh sorry to hear this are you okay now due to any reason they will fail your call and there is no criteria that okay you got 80 percent accuracy or 90 percent accuracy in your call there is only two criteria either fail or either pass and all the people got failed only due to any kind of silly mistake hence people got frusted and quit their job because due to this pass and fail they decide your performance which is next to impossible silly mistakes can be avoid if you forget to ask any silly ques to the customer should be avoid by quality checking team pathetic environment and every body is selfish over there in two month only I got depression while working there I thought suicide even though because they do not have manner how to use human resource they think you are a robot and you have to be efficient...Read More

They are totally fake making fake products making people fool they still do experiment in their product I work for two month but in that two month I saw that some time they ask people to have med before food after some time they ask to have after food after some time they said if you feel any kind of bloating after taking med gas iss ue and all so take med with warm water directly chew med and after using minoxidil if you got boils on your scalp use low quantity everytime they do experiment and a major thing in every advertisment they use actor not genuine people who can show their original result regarding hair , and fake Google review , and they took any one from floor only to be actor for their advertisment even though training manager also done add for them which is funny me and my ex colleague laugh alot after seeing her in their add because see how they making people fool and their med is also worthless it cost you around 2000 min in a month you have to continue minoxidil life time after you start using it they make you to buy it every month they make permanent cus , and that zehra who is manager for calling department she also don't know how to manage people they do not care about human if you late even though for 5 mnt due to x y z reason she do not listen you and make you feel like you are a bonded labour for her you have to be present lie a Jin they all are fake double face from hr to manager and even though founder as well , first they need to learn how to manage internally 40 people were join with me in that company in same batch but hardly 3 people is on floor currently you can judge about management , and recently they want to hire one of the person who use to work with them once again just to know why people is absconding from their organisation which is funny I got to know about this thing from my ex colligue.. and their product is not working for sure they only ask you to make your life style good have good food which indirectly impact to your hair there is no magic in their product in two month I got to know this thing and I got abuse by many of customer for their product that you guyz making fool ..<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. my worst decision to join this company and , only chatting department have some good culture they are only happy because their manager is good supporting and they do not judge through call need to do limited chatting with 50 people on daily basis and they got incentive as well for that , rest all department is like a hell because management make you cry and make you depress </mark>...Read More
