Worst than a BPO. The company post fake reviews of their own employee. Representing as Customer You can see the videos on their YouTube. Things change every month because of new trainers, quality analysis is worst. Even when the customer are satisfied. Still they will cut down quality score leading to hold on increment. I am writing to express my deep concern about the unprofessional behavior that I experienced in Tatvartha at the Mumbai branch. As a 21-year-old, I was shocked and dismayed by the incident that happened to me,it was especially insensitive. I wanted to reach out to you and ask if you had any information on what happened and the reasons behind it. I would greatly appreciate any insight or details that you can provide on this matter. I came across your post on social media which inspired me to join Tatvartha. However, after the unfortunate incident that I experienced, I will make sure that no one close to me ever joins your organisation. I joined your company on 16th January and unfortunately, I was terminated without any valid reason and evidence. It came as a shock to me when I was informed about this on 23rd of January. I tried reaching out to Apoorva and Zara over email multiple times regarding the valid justification of terminating me from your organization, however I can still justify or take a stand for myself that I was nowhere wrong. I have attached the email where I have clearly explained the incident happened with me. In short, Miss. Apoorva has made several false statements about me, and Mr. Rohit has followed suit by adding false statements of his own. Additionally, Miss. Zara has declared illogical statements without consulting me or without sharing the valid proof or the medical evidence. I do have audio proof of the things that have been said to me. The best place I’ve ever worked in and I would meet ever met the people here and the culture I just loved one thing about the work that it doesn’t clash with your personal life. And the people do understand about the mental pressure and they do give you a break so that you don’t hamper the work and personal life balance.
