Work life balance is good but there is no job security, when ever management what to reduce the cost then they will remove the employees irrespective of performance.

The only thing i liked about working at travel tek was work life balance.Its superb.And lunch is free and bus service which covers every part of delhi.

Dislikes

According to career ,travel tek is not a good company.Old tech stack with not so interesting work and hardly 1-2 people are there who are actually smart otherwise 99% of the people over there are just working there because they can't get any other opportunity.My advice to all the people who are joining is that its better to be unemployed rather than working here.And ofcourse very low pay.and very low increment.Rest depends upon you....Read More

They work in B2B travel domian .Tech stack is c#,.net.sql.No product training is there.you just get straight on to the work.Testing is very manual .Testing work is basically click click click and your job is done.

They do not value experience. Lot of Micromanagement - no wonder they do not have any long term plans. No benefits ( you got to work on National holidays!) and no health insurance.
