The company is using the opportunity to restructure the organization without thinking about the impact and the difficulty employees will face during this crisis and this is being done abruptly and is not transparent. Traveloka's one of the core values is Empathy, which is not being shown to its own employees. Dislikes

No Culture, No Empathy, No Values. Just a bunch of immature leadership burning cash all the while and struggling at tough times. It's hard to work with them as they are behind in IT tech skills.
