This company is good for nothing. Only HR is nice person otherwise this whole company is bunch of idiots except HR.

This is not a company this is just a shop in sector 34 chandigarh, the ops manager Krishan is a useless guy he doesn't know what to speak and where to speak. He thinks that God has given him a mouth, so he will say whatever he wants. Without any hesitation he often passes derogatory comments on female staff and they to listen because they are doing job under him. Also, they don't provide salary on time every month they make delay in providing salary sometimes even after 10th of the month they provide salary. And if someone asks to provide salary so their finance executive Rakesh Sharma and gaurav will say we will not provide salary till the time we don't want....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
