Driver have personal issues interact with employe rood behaviour... People resign regular interval even hr From when I started wored till date very bogas management.

Proces wise good and there is scope for learning

Salary hike will never happen Lot of partiality and politics PF not credited properly full mesh up. PF contribution wrongly contributed to other PF account. Our PF details are mapped in other company. No proper response from the payroll team who is handling PF. If we write 10 emails there is no response. Overall PF big issue in TSI

One of the third class company and management you can ever work with, They use such a cheap tricks,they lie,they cheat,they give false information,they do fraud,they scam. Think thrice before you join this organisation.

Nothing is goos,there is no job security,u don't know when u will be removed from the job and also they ll talk in kind words and ask you to leave and later when we call from relieving letter they say u r terminated and we can't provide. It's a shit company and they will never approve your PF they will make us to go behind them like a dog. Never join this company
