I contracted Transtechnosoft in September 2021 for an online language platform. They bid for my project via www.freelancer.com and after discussing the details of the project, we signed an agreement to proceed. I paid half the project price upon signing, the remaining half to be paid upon project completion as stated in Custom Development Agreement. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE! Instead of taking 45 days to complete the work, as stated in the project agreement, it is now 9 months later and the project still is nowhere near completion. To make it worse, what they have presented to me so far is by no means anywhere near my original project description - yet they still claim it to be 'finished'. The main element of my project, a video-player with certain functionalities, has not been implemented. Horrifically, they did not even program a solution themselves, but used a bought WordPress (!!) theme, to which they didn't even change the logos, and which does NOT have the functionalities my project needs. To make things worse, they wanted to charge me the second half of payment after 45 days, and I let myself be convinced to pay a part of that second half because supposedly their financial team needed it. They also made me pay very high three-monthly AWS Amazon Server costs, although there is no functioning video-website in place, so I highly doubt this is a necessary cost at this point. They refused to show me any contract with Amazon to show the legit of this fee. The company is downright scam! Beware, do not do business with them or pay them any money!!
