Dislikes

Transsion/ Ismartu make a big mistake to hire unskilled and worthless people in top management like floor incharge, AM. They create political environment on floor. They are playing game with smart and hardworking junior staff members.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
