Everything, HR head , HR team, all are seriously bakwas...they dont know how to work and respond to employees concern...management doesn't know what is going inside...since they got big investment on them they think they are king of market...worst product quality...force employees to rate 5 star...paid certificates...huge deal donebetween them n ambition box...great place to work certificate but deal was good...on big amount...less benefits in terms of employee welfare...office is located at residential area...not a good place it didnt look like office...no parking space of your car...worst entry on gate...no lift till top floor....lot of things to say even this box has some limit...hence do not join this...join another to get your future safe...less increments...only new joiner gets good hike not old one's ...no appreciation...mgmt should think twice and keep on eye on HR as what they do and why......Read More

The work culture is phenomenal, the payouts are timely and handsome. Moreover the entire vibe of the organization and team members is possitive. One thing is for sure that individuals at Translumina feel included. Hierarchy of organization is flat which makes everyone approachable at a phone call because of the open door policy.

Nothing really, I have joined 5 months back and I am learning everyday. Though there is scope of growth (which always is) but I believe that is the beauty of the management who is open to accept changes for the betterment of team members and the organization as a whole.

I love Translumina Therapeutics. I had a chance of working with big pharma and medical device giant. I have total experience of 20 years but this company feels like home. At times you have to do everything on your own but this sense of responsibility is serene.

Excellent Experience so far, I have witnessed my personal and professional development drastically. In earlier companies I used to work for the sake of working - Come at 9am and leave at 5pm but here each and everyone is working because they are enjoying.
