The work culture is vibrant and positive that brings a whole bunch of energy. You come to office and you feel like not leaving even till 7pm in evening. Recently they have added a Hospitality center which is a new food court along with a gym and ping pong table. Frankly speaking no organization is perfect, I am not going to list a single dislike reason being if there is any - if its mentioned to higher authority (basically leadership) its resolved in a very short span. I had some issues with my appraisal - expressed and it got fixed. I had some issues with my work distribution - I expressedit was fixed. So basically if the organization is hearing and listening you - addressing problems and fixing what is in their bandwidth, I do not think there should be anything to dislike....Read More

Work life is pretty nice, though I am working in field but it's very much flexible. Each individual has the flexibility to plan the day and work accordingly. Infact I would say my immediate supervisor is very supportive in this scenario.

It would be hard to list comments in couple of words, I totally love Translumina for it's culture and the opportunities it provide to it's employee at every step. Everyday seems like a new day here, learning is immense.

On a constructive side I would say to the management that stay the way you are because it's close to perfect.
