Its not at all employee centric org, worked here for around two years and was a pathetic experience as since the time i joined i got to work under 4 leaderships who could not even sustain for two months after having experience working with top MNC”s. Lol

There is an absolute lack of culture and cultured individuals. There is no work-life balance. The high headedness of some of the top people makes it impossible to be productive.

Think any bad situation & that is possible here. Incompetent heads- all are chatu, if you are good in this thing, then this place is for you Inferiority complex- your reporting boss will be always jealous of you because he don’t know anything. And for all his bad decisions you are accountable. Udta teer- they all love udte hue teer. You are not allowed to work on something you are good in. Technical person is media buying head, IT person is supply chain head, production person is R&D head, R&D person is quality head. Don’t take leaves, don’t leave on time- this is the culture. Job security- Everyday is the last day. You never know when they will take your laptop. And this happened specially with the good talented colleagues. The company is good when it comes to organization, structure and work quality.

Dislikes

The work culture is extremely toxic. The environment is not at all employee-friendly. It's all about who stays the extra hours and not the quality of work delivered. The company rewards you only on the basis of your extra hours (even if they are unproductive). There are no sick-leaves, overtime compensation, work from home options. There is even a silence policy in the office to keep the employees from interacting with each other. They really care about employee's health. Environment is politics and gossip free.

Dislikes

They do not have lead designers who can take the creative team and design to next level. The page fly tool is very restrictive. You might forget what you already know while working on it. It does minimum things and so you do minimum things. And you don't learn much.

Politics, no sick leaves, toxic work culture, and work are given at odd times, and they want results as soon as possible. They also want you to work 1 to 2 extra hours daily.
