They really care about employee's health. Environment is politics and gossip free.

Dislikes

They do not have lead designers who can take the creative team and design to next level. The page fly tool is very restrictive. You might forget what you already know while working on it. It does minimum things and so you do minimum things. And you don't learn much.

Politics, no sick leaves, toxic work culture, and work are given at odd times, and they want results as soon as possible. They also want you to work 1 to 2 extra hours daily.

Honestly, nothing. It's a place with bad vibes, pathetic culture, politics, and power with few. If you're a fresher, get ready to be depressed.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, you're expected to work 10 hours a day, and you are micromanaged. You live the sad life of Ranbir Kapoor in Tamasha so if you are looking for a sudden realization, join TLS. No perks, No insurance, no outings, no WFH, no free transport, just free coffee, and free water. Also, 15 hours of work on BF sale with no extra compensation. BF= Black Friday
