One of the worst places to work for if you are in the Technology sector. No vision in top management, and the Technology Leader have non-practical ideas for projects and work being done. People stay in office from 10 AM to 7 PM, and each and every movement of employees are tracked like in a school.

Dislikes

Almost everything. This place can be suitable for someone who is in the twilight of his/her career and wants to only draw salary without any learning. If you want to learn and grow in your career, this place is not at all recommended. There are a few Country Heads in this org, who are running this place with only their ego. What I like most is the team and culture. People here are so talented and helpful. The only reason I could pull quite a few years here.

- The company doesn't care about the employee's growth. - People were kept under the same designation for 4+ years, which will hamper their growth in corporate. - The higher management is very confused about the brand and positioning and would stick to same old-fashioned methods, which hampers the creativity and growth of a personalindividual and the company. - overtime without any benefits is highly expected. - you cannot work on something you are good at, everybody has to work on everything, a designer has to design, write, do customer support, analyse data, and manage everything possible. While this is nice for a brief time but this will hamper the employee's personal growth in the long run. - they don't have a team leader or hierarchical structure who can lead and train a fresher, they expect you to know everything, and if you don't know something, you have to learn by yourself by giving extra hours or you can leave the company. -The higher authority is very partial, a few people would benefit in every way possible. Incompetent heads- all are chatu, if you are good in this thing, then this place is for you Inferiority complex- your reporting boss will be always jealous of you because he don’t know anything. And for all his bad decisions you are accountable. Udta teer- they all love udte hue teer. You are not allowed to work on something you are good in. Technical person is media buying head, IT person is supply chain head, production person is R&D head, R&D person is quality head. Don’t take leaves, don’t leave on time- this is the culture. The work culture is extremely toxic. The environment is not at all employee-friendly. It's all about who stays the extra hours and not the quality of work delivered. The company rewards you only on the basis of your extra hours (even if they are unproductive). There are no sick-leaves, overtime compensation, work from home options. There is even a silence policy in the office to keep the employees from interacting with each other.
