Lot of learning, very work-focused, no-nonsense approach, handsome hikes, treat employees with a lot of consideration, salary is NEVER late, no salary was cut throughout pandemic in over a year, over 100 people - large mix of people from different walks of life. For creative professionals it is very useful to get data on the performance of their work, hence more focused improvement. Creative team tries to do things differently and superficial 'coolness' is not what's valued here, but talent and hardwork is - so everyone has a fair chance. Have seen incredible personal and financial growth in the last few years and can say that yes, work culture is intense but also extremely rewarding. Working timings are far better than ad agencies even though working hard is appreciated and even required here. One of the worst places to work for if you are in the Technology sector. No vision in top management, and the Technology Leader have non-practical ideas for projects and work being done. People stay in office from 10 AM to 7 PM, and each and every movement of employees are tracked like in a school.

Almost everything. This place can be suitable for someone who is in the twilight of his/her career and wants to only draw salary without any learning. If you want to learn and grow in your career, this place is not at all recommended. There are a few Country Heads in this org, who are running this place with only their ego. Its not at all employee centric org, worked here for around two years and was a pathetic experience as since the time i joined i got to work under 4 leaderships who could not even sustain for two months after having experience working with top MNC”s. Lol

Incompetent heads- all are chatu, if you are good in this thing, then this place is for you Inferiority complex- your reporting boss will be always jealous of you because he don’t know anything. And for all his bad decisions you are accountable. Udta teer- they all love udte hue teer. You are not allowed to work on something you are good in. Technical person is media buying head, IT person is supply chain head, production person is R&D head, R&D person is quality head. Don’t take leaves, don’t leave on time- this is the culture. Job security- Everyday is the last day. You never know when they will take your laptop. And this happened specially with the good talented colleagues.
